Tiffany’s learning community (students, staff, and parents of Tiffany students) believes in an environment where all stakeholders are valued and respected, where learning is a life-long process, and where we empower character development and celebrate cultural diversity. We take pride in our school and provide instruction based on clear academic standards and high expectations. We believe that the learning and working environment should be safe and nurturing.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025-26 annual Holiday Card Contest. Participating students were asked to use their talent and creativity to create holiday card art using various artistic mediums.

Enrique S. Camarena Elementary has been awarded the distinction of a 2025 California Blue Ribbon School by the California Department of Education, one of only 31 schools in the state to receive this honor following its nomination for the National Blue Ribbon Schools award.

On November 14, 2025, Rosebank Elementary gathered as a school community to participate in the Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day. Students walked alongside staff, PTA volunteers, and School Resource Officers in recognition of Ruby Bridges and her lasting impact on public education.
At the Chula Vista Elementary School District’s Board of Education Meeting on November 12, 2025, the Board approved Board Policy 3515.1 Campus Access and Safety. As part of this policy, all non-charter school sites will transition to a closed-campus environment in the coming months.
